PRODUCT LAUNCH - Gas Control Leak Detection Spray

Gas Control is a technologically advanced gas leakage detection spray, designed to test hermetic sealing of any type of gas system.  The liquid has a special formulation to inhibit corrosion when used on copper, brass and steel.  The liquid, when applied will detect the slightest leak, forming bubbles or foam where it occurs.

Gas Control is aerosol propelled with an easy to use Acc-U-Sol Valve, that enables precise control when spraying joins.  A small extension tube may also be used to access those hard-to-reach areas.  Approved by DVGW to DIN EN 14291, Gas Control is supplied in an aluminium container; it is lightweight, yet robust.  A safety tear-off tab on the Acc-U-Sol Valve ensures that no contents will be emitted prior to first use, during transport or storage.  The containers are sold in a carton of 12 that converts into an attractive point of sale display.

Using Gas Control is easy.  Simply tighten all of your connections, then point the nozzle at the join and spray a small amount of the Gas Control solution.  You may attach the extension tube if you wish to have more control of where the solution is sprayed.

Once the solution has been sprayed onto the joins, any gas leak will be evidenced by the formation of bubbles at the join.

In the event that bubbles form, simply tighten the joins concerned until the bubbles stop forming.  Although Gas Control is formulated such that corrosion is inhibited when used on copper, brass and steel, it is always good practice to wipe clean all areas on which you spray Gas Control.
