NEW BLOG – Only Use Approved / Genuine TurboSet 200 Gas Cylinders
It has recently come to the attention of Tesuco, that
non-genuine oxygen cylinders are being used with the Oxyturbo Turbo
Set 200, distributed in Australia by Tesuco. Furthermore, we
have been made aware of at least one accident that has occurred,
when using one of these cylinders.
The only oxygen cylinder that should be used with the Turbo Set
200 is the one pictured below. Tesuco do not currently
privately brand this item for any of our distributors. If
your oxygen cylinder does not look like the one below, with the
OxyTurbo branding, it is not an approved, genuine cylinder.
With regards to the fuel gas supply, the only approved cylinder
to be used is the Worthington MAPP-Pro cylinder. There are a
number of suppliers; the important thing to note is whether or not
it has originated from Worthington. If it has not, it is not
an approved cylinder and should not be used.
As with all of the equipment supplied by Tesuco, a lot of time,
effort, research and testing are put into product
development. This ensures the highest quality products are
supplied, giving the highest level of safety to our
customers. Although we always strive to be price competitive,
it is often difficult to match the prices of inferior products;
products of a lower quality and those that have often not been
subjected to the same level of testing.
Tesuco are proud of the quality of product that we make
available in the market; our rate of return and warranty claims are
extremely low. Furthermore, it is only when genuine and
compatible products are used together, that Tesuco can guarantee
the safety of our products.
When non-genuine products are used with our equipment, not only
does this void the warranty on the product, but it may
detrimentally affect the safety of the product. When using
the Turbo Set 200, use only approved, genuine cylinders of oxygen
and MAPP-Pro, available through Tesuco's vast distributor
network.
