All cylinders must be protected from being knocked over,
falling and/or impact damage to comply with AS4332-2004. This is
regardless of whether the cylinder is full or empty and regardless
of whether the cylinder is in or out of operation. The Tesuco range
is designed for a number of applications.

Gas Heaters are used with industrial gases, particularly
CO2 and CO2 mixtures on the high pressure
side of the manifold to warm the gas prior to the regulator,
improving the flow rate through the regulator and preventing the
gas from freezing.

Gas Filters are used with industrial gases on pipeline
installations. They are located on the high pressure side of the
regulator on a cylinder manifold system and it is used where
pressure regulators and line fittings must be protected from
contamination. They can also be used on bulk liquid vessel
installations, as the flow rate is high even at relatively low
pressure. It is a requirement of the medical oxygen standard, that
high pressure filters are fitted.

Tesuco Safety Relief Valves (SRV) have been specifically
designed to meet the requirements in Australian Standards.
The requirements in AS 1271, AS 4289 and AS 5034 have all been met
for protecting low pressure equipment from excess pressure.
There are a number of units designed to operate at various
pressures as listed below to protect pipework and downstream
equipment.

manufactured in Australia.

When manifold inlet connections or unregulated outlet points are
not in use, it is good practice to seal them with blanking plugs.
This can save gas leakage, keep dust and other particles out and
act as a safety device where there is a high pressure
connection.

As many standards call for the correct labelling of gas systems,
Tesuco have a range of pre-printed labels and in-house engraved
signs to meet these requirements. All of the labels are made
from UV resistant materials that will give a minimum service life
of five years both indoors and outdoors.
